Delegation Led by E.Martirosyan Participated in Ceremonial Meeting Dedicated to Professional Holiday of NSS of Republic of Artsakh.

The delegation, led by Interim Director of the National Security Service of RA colonel Eduard Martirosyan, left for the Republic of Artsakh with an official visit. President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan hosted E. Martirosyan during the visit. Samvel Shahramanyan, Director of the NSS of the Republic of Artsakh, was also present at the meeting. A number of issues related to the security of the two Armenian states, as well as to enhancing the effectiveness of collaboration between the NSS of the Republic of Armenia and the NSS of the Republic of Artsakh were discussed.

Martirosyan also participated in the ceremonial meeting dedicated to the professional holiday of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artakh, which was attended by President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan.

Congratulating the officers of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh on professional holiday, E. Martirosyan noted in his speech: “Our entire people are the guardians of Artsakh’s foundations of statehood, constitutional order and security, but first of all you, dear colleagues, are on the frontline. I am sure that you will use your competencies, skills and capabilities for eliminating the existing threats, which you have been doing for decades. Security challenges of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh are inseparable, and we will do our best to ensure that inseparable security at the highest level."

By the orders of E. Martirosyan the director, deputy directors and a number of officers of the NSS of the Republic of Artsakh were awarded  medals, award pins, and valuable gifts for high professional readiness, for achievements during the performance of service duties and on the occasion of professional holiday.
