As a result of explanatory work conducted by the officers of the RA National Security Service, on 29 April 2020, A.H., a resident of Armavir region of RA, came to the Armavir regional department of the RA NSS, who voluntarily surrendered AK-74 rifle, 2 chargers, bullets of different calibers, F-1 grenades and а fuse which he had illegally kept since the Artsakh liberation war.  

The voluntarily surrendered weapons and ammunition were sent to the RA Police to conduct forensic-ballistic examinations.

The persons who voluntarily surrendered illegally kept weapons and ammunition are exempted from criminal liability.

Note: The suspect or accused of an alleged crime is considered innocent as long as his/her guilt is not proven in a manner prescribed by the Code of Criminal Procedure of RA - by the court decision entered into legal force.
