E. Martirosyan participated in festive events dedicated to 28th anniversary of Armenian Army

On 28 January 2020, on the occasion of Armenian Army Day, Interim Director of the National Security Service of RA, Colonel Eduard Martirosyan in the delegation headed by Prime Minister of RA Nikol Pashinyan visited Yerablur military pantheon. The delegation comprised President of RA Armen Sarkissian, His Holiness Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II, President of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan, members of the National Security Council, the leadership of the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces.

The officials paid tribute to the memory of the sons of the Armenian nation who sacrificed their lives for independence of the Motherland and laid flowers at the graves of the heroes of the four-day April War of 2016, Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan, Andranik Ozanyan and laid a wreath at the memorial to the fallen freedom fighters.

In the framework of festive events, E. Martirosyan in the delegation headed by Prime Minister of RA, visited also town of Vardenis where, in the park named after Garnik Karapetyan, they paid tribute, laid wreaths and flowers at the monument to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and honored the memory of those killed in the heroic Artsakh War and the Great Patriotic War.
E. Martirosyan attended also the concert organized in the framework of festive events dedicated to Armenian Army Day in the Palace of Culture named after Mher Mkrtchyan of Vardenis community.
