On October 21 the Deputy Director of the National Security Service of RA Lieutenant-General Stepan Melqonyan took part in the jubilee event dedicated to the professional holiday of the penitentiary servant. On the behalf of the temporary acting Director Colonel Eduard Martirosyan, S.Melqonyan congratulated and gave departmental rewards.

Aghajanyan ''For positive achievements in the ensuring of the security of RA'' certificates have been awarded.
