“Based on the proposal of Prime-Minister, according to part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of Article 16.1 of the Law “On ensuring the security of persons falling under special state protection”, release Grigori Hayrapetov from the chief post of the State Protection Service of the National Security Service”.
