On 18 September, 2021, at about 9 p.m. in the RA National Security Service received information that on the same day, two residents of the Kasakh community of Kotayk province of RA (data are known), while moving along the Goris-Vorotan road, lost their way and ended up in the territory controlled by Azerbaijan.

The Border Guards of the RA NSS and the RF FSB are carrying out appropriate work in the direction of detecting them.
