The National Security Service of RA informs that the Goris-Vorotan and Shurnukh-Karmrakar sections of the Goris-Kapan interstate road, closed since August 26, are open.

We inform that the Goris-Kapan interstate road is open for the movement of all types of vehicles and the free movement of citizens.
